If you’re entertaining at home this Christmas and want to bring a bit of ‘wow’ to your celebrations, try our Christmas Colada! Here’s our easy-to-follow step-by-step recipe:

Ingredients

This cocktail brings together a delightful blend of festive and tropical flavours:

  • 25ml Bacardi Spiced Rum – adds a warm, aromatic base.
  • 25ml Disaronno Amaretto – for a touch of nutty sweetness.
  • 50ml single cream – smooth and luscious for that holiday indulgence.
  • 50ml pineapple juice – brings a hint of tropical flavor to brighten up your winter evening.
  • To garnish: Whipped cream and a glacé cherry – the perfect festive finishing touch!

Method

  1. Prepare your glass: Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Add more ice and all ingredients – except the garnish! – to a cocktail shaker (if you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a mason jar, a jar with a lid, or even a water bottle—anything that can close securely).
  3. Shake: Shake the ingredients vigorously for 10 seconds to blend the flavours together.
  4. Pour: Using a strainer, pour the mix into your prepared glass. (Alternatively, you can strain through a fine sieve.)
  5. Garnish and serve: Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a bright red glacé cherry for that festive red-and-white touch. Enjoy!
