If you have recently returned from a stay at one of our hotels, have a future booking, or general feedback, we have a specific procedure and a dedicated team here to help you. Please fill in the feedback link below, providing us with as much information as possible. Your feedback will go directly to our Guest Experience team who will investigate your concerns thoroughly. They will respond to you by 28 days of sending an acknowledgement e-mail to let you know your complaint has been received.
