Whether you’re new to spa days or a regular visitor, these tips will help you get the most from your relaxing experience.
Can I use my phone in the spa?
Disconnect in more ways than one and silence the chatter. For the ultimate relaxing experience, we recommend leaving your phone in your locker and switching off from the outside world. It’s a great opportunity to disconnect, unwind, and let our therapists take you to another level of calm.
Is there a dress code in the spa?
There’s no dress code. Come as you are! Just remember to bring your swimwear if you’d like to use the pool, sauna, or steam rooms. For treatments, a health consultation form will help us tailor everything to you. For some body treatments, you’ll be asked to disrobe (down to your underwear) in a private room, get comfortable on the spa bed, and cover yourself with a soft and fluffy towel, ready for total relaxation.
Should I drink water before and after my treatments?
Yes. Flushing out toxins is thirsty work, so keeping hydrated is important, especially after massages and heat-based treatments. Make sure you drink plenty of water before, during, and after your visit to stay refreshed and feel your best.
Which spa treatments are available?
Our extensive spa menu, created in partnership with luxury skincare brand TEMPLESPA, offers a wide range of treatments, including facials, massages, and hand and foot rituals. All treatments are designed to deliver excellent results with the highest quality care.
I have or had a medical condition or take medication, will my treatment be suitable?
All guests enjoying a treatment with us will be asked to complete a health consultation form. This will help us tailor everything to you for comfort and safety. If you are experiencing or have suffered from any medical conditions, or are taking medication, please call your hotel directly to discuss this in detail with the spa team. Some of our treatments are not suitable for those with certain medical conditions and may need to be adapted or amended to ensure your treatment is safe for you.
As we want your visit to be relaxing and stress-free, it is paramount the team are aware of any previous or current medical history prior to arrival. Amendments on the day of your treatment cannot always be arranged.
I have restricted mobility, and or require a career, can I have a treatment ?
We offer an extensive treatment menu to suit all needs and abilities in which our team are happy to tailor to ensure you are comfortable. If you require any additional support to get on and off our spa beds, use a mobility scooter or wheelchair, we advise you bring someone with you to help before and after your treatment. The safety of our team is paramount and therefore they will be unable to assist.
We are more than happy to invite a carer/companion into the treatment room if required. As our treatment rooms range in size, we recommend contacting the hotel directly to discuss your requirements prior to arrival.
Can I say if I’d like something changed during my treatment?
Absolutely. Your comfort is our priority. Whether the room feels too warm, the pressure of your massage isn’t quite right, or you need a quick break, just let your trained therapist know. They’re here to make sure your experience is perfect for you.
Can I get advice or recommendations from the spa team?
Of course! Every treatment includes a consultation, and our expert therapists are happy to offer personalised advice, answer your questions, and even arrange a little spa tour if you’d like one.
Do I need to book treatments in advance?
Yes, it’s best to book ahead to secure your preferred treatment and time, especially during busy periods. If you’ve booked a spa break, the Warner team will contact you to arrange your included treatments. You can also use My Warner Stay to book extra treatments before your visit.
Prebooked spa packages must be booked at least 14 days before the start of your break and cannot be booked once onsite. This policy ensures that treatments are properly scheduled and that the spa can allocate resources effectively.
If you haven’t booked a spa package in advance, you can visit My Warner Stay at any time, to view our treatment menu and live availability. Alternatively you can visit spa reception upon arrival to enquire about available treatments however booking before arrival is highly recommended.
Can I use the spa facilities without booking a treatment?
Yes, whether you’re a hotel resident or a day guest, you can use the spa facilities without booking a treatment.
Enjoy spa access from as little as £10, or upgrade with a treatment and enjoy half a day of ultimate indulgence. Warner Hotels offers Spa Day packages where you can choose:
- Recharge Package – access to spa facilities only (pool, sauna, steam room, etc.)
- Relax & Recharge Package – facilities access plus a 30-minute treatment.
Prices and package options vary by hotel and availability - they’re not the same at every Warner location. To check what’s available at your chosen hotel, visit the Warner Spa Days page or contact the hotel directly.
What are the spa opening times?
For a Spa Day package, you can choose either a morning session (9:30am–1:00pm) or an afternoon session (1:30pm–5:00pm).
If you're staying as a hotel guest, you can enjoy access to the spa pool, sauna, and steam room from 7am.
Spa opening times vary by location, so it’s always best to check the exact times for the spa at the hotel you’ll be visiting.
