Get ready for a star-studded summer
17th April 2025

Just imagine it: your summer staycation is booked, your bags are all packed, and you’re on your way to a Warner Hotel – where comfort meets character, the food’s a treat, and there’s space to slow down or dive into your day, however the mood takes you.
But then your evening turns into something extraordinary. Just metres away, your favourite star gives an unforgettable performance in a setting that feels made just for that moment. World famous stars in our intimate venues. That’s the magic of our Star Breaks.
Here's a snapshot of the big names lighting up our stages this summer – and trust us, it’s shaping up to be a truly special season.

ICONIC SOUNDS: Relive the soundtrack of your youth
Music has a funny way of taking you back – to road trips with the windows down, disco lights bouncing off dance floors, or songs you had on repeat (and maybe still do). This summer, our Iconic Sounds weekends celebrate the music that made us move.
Step back into the 80s at The Runnymede on Thames with Go West and Pat Sharp, or sway to 90s favourites at Studley Castle where Louise Redknapp and 911 bring back the pop you couldn’t get enough of. And when it comes to summer vibes, nothing beats Ibiza Sunsets at Heythrop Park – where celebrity DJ headliners Howard Donald and Dave Pearce will have you dancing to the sounds of Ibiza’s shores.

Soulful sounds and feel-good grooves
There’s something about soul – it stirs something deep. If you’re drawn to rhythm with heart, we’ve got a summer of smooth sounds ahead. Craig Charles is bringing his legendary Funk & Soul House Party to Heythrop Park this June – it’s all vinyl vibes and dancefloor energy.
Later in the season, the unmistakable voice of Billy Ocean will bring his R&B hits to Cricket St Thomas, and Kenny Thomas performs his repertoire of soulful melodies in the Live Lounge at The Runnymede on Thames. Expect nights that linger in the memory long after the final note.

Pure pop nostalgia
Whether you were team boyband or a solo diva, pop music has a way of sticking with us. This June, The Runnymede on Thames hosts the ultimate throwback Pop Festival – a weekend of catchy choruses and guilty pleasures with headline performances from Peter Andre and Claire Richards. It’s fun, it’s feel-good, and it’s got DJ sets every night to keep the party spirit going.
And if you’ve ever found yourself humming along to Perfect 10 or Rotterdam, you won’t want to miss The South at Studley Castle. With original former members of The Beautiful South, their performance this August is set to be full of charm, humour, and all the classics you know and love.

Stars coming to the coast
Nothing says British summer quite like a trip to the seaside. And our coastal escapes have their own dose of sparkle this year. Joe Pasquale is bringing his signature comedy to Norton Grange, Corton, and Bembridge in a feel-good tour packed with laughs.
Norton Grange also welcomes The Illegal Eagles in August – a heartfelt tribute to the timeless music of the legendary US band. With those familiar harmonies and West Coast vibes, it’s the perfect soundtrack for a balmy evening by the sea.

Big voices, intimate stages
Some performances stay with you. When Sheridan Smith steps onto the stage at Thoresby Hall this July, you’ll see a star up close in a setting that feels personal. Her show, An Evening with Sheridan, is as much about storytelling as it is about song – full of warmth, honesty, and heart.
Meanwhile, the soaring voice of Russell Watson will fill the auditorium and beyond at Cricket St Thomas as he marks 25 years in the music industry. Expect an emotional journey through the classical pieces that made his name, all delivered with the passion only he can bring.

Take a twirl with the Strictly Come Dancing professionals
For those who never miss an episode of the show, now’s your chance to step into the magic. Our Strictly Come Dancing Weekend Experience brings the sparkle to Sinah Warren, Studley Castle, and Thoresby Hall this summer.
And it’s not just about watching – you can join in too. Enjoy dazzling performances and costume talks from professional dancers like Katya Jones and Nikita Kuzmin but also dance lessons that’ll have you swept up in the rhythm. So, whether you’re on the dancefloor, or cheering from your seat, it’s sure to be a weekend all about joy, movement, and letting go.
Explore dates and book your summer break
So, whether you're chasing nostalgia, looking for your next musical moment, or simply want to sit back and soak it all in, mark your calendars as this summer promises something to stir the soul.
