Welcome Drinks: Kick off the festivities with a delightful mulled wine or a refreshing non-alcoholic Bellini, paired with a cosy, warm festive roll to welcome you in style!

Check-In: Settle in early with rooms available from midday, and we’ll do our best to offer earlier access if possible.

Coffee Lounges: Relax and recharge after your journey in our cosy coffee lounges, open from 10am to treat you to a peaceful start to your holiday!

Kick off Christmas morning with a sparkle as you enjoy a delightful Bucks Fizz reception to set the holiday mood! For lunch, indulge in a traditional Christmas feast on the 25th (pre-booking required), and a buffet-style lunch in the Market Kitchen  on the other days of your stay*.

In the evenings, enjoy a variety of buffet dinners, complete with delicious options for vegan and gluten-free guests, so everyone can celebrate in style. And what’s the festive season without a little indulgence? Treat yourself to a seasonal festive afternoon tea** that includes mouthwatering sweets and treats.

Get ready for a holiday season packed with joy and excitement! Watch Santa make his grand entrance on Christmas Day, kicking off the festivities with magic in the air. Join in the spirit of the season with heartwarming carol singing, filling every corner with cheer.

Challenge your wits with themed quizzes and get your groove on at the lively "Let’s Dance" workshop! Throughout your stay, settle in for cosy viewings of festive films and TV specials, including the must-see Royal Speech at our main venue. Experience the wonder of a lantern-lit walk, a breathtaking evening adventure offered once per stay.

Enjoy a fun-filled matinee performance of Jack & the Beanstalk, sure to leave everyone smiling^. And don’t miss the grand finale—an incredible fireworks display, lighting up the sky on Christmas Day or Boxing Day (weather permitting of course)!

SANTA VISIT

It can't be Christmas without a visit from the man himself! Grab your camera and take a snap with Santa as you share in the excitement.

CAROL SINGING

Sing it loud and share in the atmosphere with traditional carols that bring the Christmas cheer.

LANTERN-LIT WALK

Wrap up and head out as you stroll through our picturesque grounds at twilight, dotted with lanterns lighting the way.

PANTOMIME - JACK AND THE BEANSTALK

Did we say panto? Oh yes, we did! Immerse yourself in some traditional Christmas fun during a matinee performance of Jack and the Beanstalk.^
