Straight Eight, formed in 1989, are not just musicians, they are entertainers with an emphasis on having fun! 

Unique in that the horn section are core to the performance, up front with the singers and taking an active part in the show! Concentrating on upbeat Soul and Blues with an emphasis on danceable songs that audiences love to hear! (Although some bizarre rehearsal accidents have resulted in unusual combinations of numbers on occasions!)

This band in the colourful zoot suits are not afraid to have a good time but the music always comes first, ensuring that the band are always ready to do what they do best: performing to a full dance floor!
